Healthy Meatles Burgers
Hey guys!
Today I am going to share with you 3 super easy, amazing and delicious burgers! All of them are oil free, sugar free, salt free, healthy AND DELICIOUS!
I don't want to make this post super long so let's go straight into these recipes.
SMOKY BEETROOT BURGER W/ CARAMELIZED ONIONS:
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium size cooked beetroot
1/4 cup beans
1 tbsp rosmery
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup oat flour
1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and process until everything is combined.
2. Form a pattie and cook each side for 5 minutes on a pan over medium heat.
3. Put into a burger bun.
CARAMELIZED ONIONS:
1. Put 1/4 of an onion on a pan with 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and 1 tbsp maple syrup.
2. Cook for 5 minutes.
INGREDIENTS:

RAINBOW VEGGIE BURGER W/ SWEET MUSTARD DRESSING:
INGREDIENTS:
3-4 tbsp water
3 tbsp diced onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/3 cup grated zucchini
1/3 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup grated sunflower seeds
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1. Sautee the onion, garlic, mushrooms, zucchini and carrots for 5 minutes or until all the veggies are cooked,
2. In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
3. Add cooked veggies into the dry ingredients (make sure not to add the liquids that are left in the pan).
4. Mix everything very well.
5. Form a pattie and cook over medium size. (5 minutes each side)

2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp water
1. Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.

1. Put everything into a food processor and blend until everything is combined.
2. Form pattie and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
BASIL DRESSING:
3 basil leaves
4 tbsp minced cilantro
2 tbsp tahini
4 dates
2 tbsp water
1. Blend everything together.
